You need to stop your own bleeding before you can suture up someone else’s wound…

Its IMPOSSIBLE to be compassionate for others when you’re enduring your OWN PAIN…

Heal your pain first… then the love and compassion shows up…

Fix your cracked and broken cup before you try to fill it and pour from it…

Then ALWAYS be sure to give from your saucer… where the overflow of abundance comes from…
