Not everyone WANTS your help, so stop pitching your work on every post that you see… it’s tacky, and it looks desperate…
And most of all, how do you know that person doesn’t already have a personal trainer, health coach, relationship coach… etc.?
Be the LIGHT and the right people will flock to you…
