Many of us think that attending church or watching something on TV will actually fill our Spiritual and Emotional health when in fact we tend to leave these areas empty in our life.

Your Spiritual and Emotional health is what makes you feel like a Human Being and sadly we are trying to fill these voids with money, career and social status.

Day to day we still feel empty… so what is missing?
